I fabricated a conductivity-measuring device for research into lithium-ion batteries. In a cleanroom at the University of Utah Nanofab, I performed photolithography, etching, lift-off, PECVD, sputtering, laser etching, and other microfabrication techniques. A PDF lab report can be seen below.
